The cost for adding additional users depends on your plan, the frequency of your billing and the number of users you plan to add to the plan. We have a tiered user pricing model which gives you a greater discount the more users you have on the platform:

Every login on your account counts as a user: back office users, plus any branch, loan officer or broker that's allowed to log in. Profiles without a login don't count. Watch how to check your seats: Check your seats (from 2:57).
