I Can not see a loan program?

If you are not seeing a loan program in the application, this is most likely because the loan program is either not created or assigned to your branch.

If you are not seeing a loan program in the application, this is most likely because the loan program is either not created or assigned to your branch.

To assign a loan program, you must have a manager access role.

• Check your loan programs under Platform Settings -> Company Info.
• Go to Descriptive Loan Programs and open the section needed. You should see if the loan program is enabled/disabled in this section.

• Check under the branch that the loan program needs to be assigned to.
• Users/Contact -> Branch List -> (Click on your branch) -> Loan Programs.
