I Cannot See a Loan Program?

If you are not seeing a loan program in the quick or full application, this is most likely because the loan program is either not created or has not been enabled in your branch profile.

If you are not seeing a loan program in the application, this is most likely because the loan program is either not created or enabled in your branch profile.

To assign a loan program, you must have a manager access role.

  • Check your loan programs under Platform Settings -> Company Info.
  • Go to Descriptive Loan Programs and open the section needed. You should see if the loan program is enabled/disabled in this section.

  • Go into the Branch profile that the loan program needs to be assigned to.
  • Users/Contact -> Branch List -> (Click on your branch) -> Scroll to the very bottom and click the gray + to open your Loan Programs. Make sure all your loan programs that you want displayed in the application are checked, and then click Save.
