This article provides a comprehensive overview of how LendingWise tracks email communication and handles bounced or unsubscribed email lists for efficient and effective communication.
The LendingWise platform maintains logs of nearly every email dispatched from our system. This can be categorized into two sections:
- File-Related Emails: Any communication originating from a specific loan file is recorded here.
- Marketing Emails: All bulk emails sent using our pipeline mass email function are tracked in this category.
Our reporting infrastructure verifies the successful dispatch of each email from our system. However, if an email address is flagged as unsubscribed or appears on our bounced list, it will not be sent through our 3rd party SMTP email provider, SendGrid.
In the event of encountering a flagged email address reflected by a red 'x' next to it, you can manually remove the address from the bounced or unsubscribed list by clicking the symbol. You'll then need to resend the email for it to deliver successfully.
You can also review any unsubscribed addresses associated with your account and remove them as necessary. Our robust system continuously checks for and notifies you of any bounced emails originating from LendingWise, ensuring seamless and effective communication.
