# Email reports: Mail Queue, bounced and unsubscribed

## Track sent emails, bounces and unsubscribes in CRM \> E-mail Reports.

LendingWise logs almost every email it sends. Go to **CRM \> E-mail Reports** for four reports:

- **Mail Queue - File Related:** emails sent from a loan file.
- **Mail Queue - Marketing Related:** bulk emails sent with the Pipeline mass email.
- **Bounced Emails**
- **Unsubscribed**

These reports are view only; you can't resend or cancel from them. For one file's emails, use the Scheduled Emails/Email History icon in the loan file header.

### Mail Queue: track delivery and status

It opens as a calendar showing Success, Failed, Unsent and Total for each day. Click a day to see the list, and use the eye icon to preview an email and its activity for each recipient. Each record includes the create time, sent time, sender, recipient, borrower, subject, body and status.

**Status labels:**

| **Status** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Pending | Email is in the queue to be sent in our servers |
| Sent | Email was sent successfully |
| Opened/Click | Will show you if anyone opened or clicked on the email |
| Dropped | You can hover the info icon and will let you know the reason. - It could be that the email is wrong or similar. - The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces. - It could mean that the email was unsubscribed previously. |
| Failed | It will give you a reason, it can be email is not valid, client unsubscribed or recipient blocked LendingWise. |

**Who sees what:** Managers (admin rights) see all emails in the Mail Queue. Other users, such as loan officers, only see emails on their own files.

### Bounced and unsubscribed addresses

Our reports confirm that each email left our system. But if an address is unsubscribed or on the bounced list, our email provider won't send to it.

To take an address off the bounced list, go to CRM \> E-mail Reports \> Bounced Emails, click **View List** and use the trash icon on that address. Then resend the email.

You can also review the unsubscribed addresses on your account and remove them if needed. Unsubscribed opens filtered to today's date, so change the date range to see older entries.
