Credit Note/Memo

Credit memos can be created directly within a loan application. Before you begin, verify that the Credit Memo file tab is enabled in your application settings (Settings > File Display Order).

The credit memo includes the following sections: Borrowers/Guarantor Background, Business Financials, Projected Financials, Tenant(s), Property/Collateral, Strengths/Weaknesses/Mitigants, and Other.
