You can create credit memo's on a loan application. Please verify you have this file tab in your application (Settings-> File Display Order).

Such as Borrowers/Guarantor Background, Business Financials, Projected Financials, Tenant(s), Property/Collateral, Strengths/Weakness/Mitigants, Other
