The Doc Library controls which documents are available on your loan files, for the whole company and for each branch. ### Company level Go to **Settings \> Platform Settings \> Doc Library**. Tick a document to turn it on for your company. Untick it if you don't want it, which turns it off for all branches. A document turned on here is only available to a branch once it's also turned on in that branch's Docs Library tab. To turn a document on for **all** branches in one step, click the icon "Click to make this document available to all branches" next to it, then click Save. ![](https://help.lendingwise.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/1629298830838-hfg.png) ![](https://help.lendingwise.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/1633966504521-44o.png) You can also upload static documents here (Company Docs & Files, no data fill-in) so the whole company can use them, then choose which branches see them in each branch's Docs Library tab. ### Branch level Since you can have several branches, you choose which company documents each branch gets. 1. Go to CRM \> Branch \> Branch List. 2. Click the branch, then open the **Docs Library** tab. 3. Turn each one on in the branch's Docs Library tab under Custom Auto-Generated \> Document Wizard Docs, then click Save. If you can't see a document you should have, ask a Manager at your company to turn it on for your branch. ### MLDS form The MLDS and MLDS 885 forms are in Doc Library under Auto-Generated Docs \> Commercial/Residential Real Estate \> Disclosures. Turn them on there, then turn them on for each branch in the branch's Docs Library tab.
