Download Documents as Zip

As shown in the image/video below, under the “Docs” tab you will find a section called “Uploaded Files, Documents.” From there, you can select the documents you want to include in the ZIP file and proceed with the download.

Please note: The ZIP download has a maximum size limit of 2 GB. If the files you selected exceed this limit, you may need to download them in smaller groups.

Once the ZIP file is generated, it will typically appear in your Downloads folder or in the location configured in your computer’s download preferences.

Additional notes:

• Document zipping supports Uploaded, Binder, and eSign documents.

• Maximum ZIP download size: 2 GB.

• Linked files (such as Google Docs or other external links) are not included in the ZIP download, since external links cannot be packaged into a downloadable ZIP file.
