Enable a Loan Officer to be displayed as a dropdown option on the Quick/Full App

You can enable your Loan Officers to be displayed in the dropdown box for the question "Have you been speaking to one of our loan officers?" on the Branch Quick App and Full App webforms.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings > Platform Settings > Form Fields >

Locate the "Loan Officer/Mortgage Broker" section and toggle the section open to view the form fields. 

Scroll down to the "Have you been speaking to one of our loan officers?" form field to make sure it's enabled as it is a "parent question" required to be selected in order for it to populate it's "child question" (select the boxes where needed for the Quick/Full App and Back Office columns). 

Also make the same selections for the "Please select your Loan Officer" form field. 

Step 2

Navigate to User/Contacts > Loan Officer > Loan Officer List > Click on the Loan Officer's name to open their User Settings > Scroll down to "User Permission Settings" section > Toggle on the setting "Display in Webforms?"

Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Save" button to save your permission settings.
