Enable a Loan Officer to be displayed as a dropdown option on the Quick/Full App

Borrowers can pick the loan officer or mortgage broker they're working with from a dropdown on your application webform. Each one shows in the list only when the webform questions are on and their profile has "Display in webforms?" turned on.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings > Platform Settings > Form Fields >

Locate the "Loan Officer/Mortgage Broker" section and toggle the section open to view the form fields. 

Find the "Are you a Loan Officer or working with one" form field and make sure it's enabled as it is a "parent question" required to be selected in order for it to show its "child question" (tick the DISPLAY boxes you need: FULL APP, QUICK APP and OTHER TABS / BACK OFFICE, then click that section's Save). Careful: turning a parent field off also turns its child off, and turning the parent back on doesn't turn the child back on, so check both. 

Also make the same selections for the "Please select your Loan Officer" form field. 

Step 2

Go to CRM > Loan Officers > Loan Officer List and click the loan officer's name. In Editing and Visibility Permissions, turn on "Display in webforms?"

Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Save" button to save your permission settings. 

Brokers

Brokers work the same way, with their own pair of questions in the same "Loan Officer/Mortgage Broker" section:

1. In Form Fields, turn on "Are you a Mortgage Broker OR working WITH ONE?" and "Please select your Mortgage Broker", then click that section's Save.
2. Go to CRM > Brokers > Broker List and click the broker's name. In Editing and Visibility Permissions, turn on "Display in webforms?" and click Save at the bottom of the page.

Remove someone from the dropdown

Open the loan officer's or broker's profile (CRM > Loan Officers > Loan Officer List, or CRM > Brokers > Broker List), turn off "Display in webforms?" and click Save at the bottom of the page. They no longer show in the webform list.
