      Fannie Mae 3.4 Export

      Exporting Fannie Mae format Loan files

      You can export Fannie Mae (FNMA) files out of LendingWise. Files will be downloaded in NMA 3.4 format as a 3.4 .xml file to your desktop which then you can upload to your source of preference.

      *Note:

      If there are issues with import or similar, you can diagnose the problem in the portal you are importing it to, it could be a field that maybe wasn't exported from LendingWise or similar.
