      Fannie Mae 3.4 Import

      This article is a how-to import 3.4 XML loan applications

      You are able to now import your 3.4 Fannie Mae (xml) files.

      **Note: LendingWise can only import 3.4 XML file datatype, 3.2 XML file datatype is no longer supported by Fannie Mae.

      Please verify the imported XML file is version 3.4 and that all fields you want populated are enabled and displaying... The import tool maps to the fields that are present only.
