FCI (Loan Servicing Compliance Form)

First, please make sure you have the add-on in your account for Servicing 2.0

To obtain a Loan Servicing Compliance Form, please follow these steps:

1) Click on Servicing 2.0 Tab in the file. After you have filled out all the mandatory data. Then head over to FCI tab

2) You can then click on the button "Preview PDF"

3) You should now see the document being generated which you can download and provide to FCI
