Navigate to Settings \> Platform Settings \> Company Info Open the main **Company Info** section (it starts closed by default). Scroll down to the **Select the Types of Files to Activate for Your Account** box to view the file types already enabled for your account. "Select the Types of Files to Activate for Your Account" box. Note: if you are unable to see or add a file type - please contact your Account Representative or email our Support Team: *helpdesk@lendingwise.com* ![](https://help.lendingwise.com/hs-fs/hubfs/KB%20Screenshots%202026-10/file-types_img1.png?width=688&name=file-types_img1.png)   To add a new file type, click inside the **Select the Types of Files to Activate for Your Account** box and select the file type from the dropdown. For example, select **Business Funding** to unlock loan programs such as SBA-7a, Asset Based Line of Credit, Equipment, and Merchant Cash Advance.
