      LendingWise File Types - Commercial/Residential Real Estate and Business Funding

      LendingWise comprises of two main file types where you can add default and custom loan programs to the system: Commercial/Residential Real Estate and Business Funding

      Navigate to Settings > Platform Settings > Company Info

      Scroll down to see the File Type(s) already enabled in the "Select the Types of Files to Activate for Your Account" box.

      Note: if you are unable to see or add a file type - please contact your Account Representative or email our Support Team: helpdesk@lendingwise.com


       

      Example: Select "Business Funding" file type to enable loan programs like SBA-7a, Asset Based Line of Credit, Equipment, Merchant Cash Advance etc.


      After adding the File Type and enabling Loan Programs scroll down to click the "Save" button.
