Financial Accounts & Securities: which fields appear

How fields work in Financial Accounts & Securities

Each account card (Financial Accounts & Securities: 1, 2, 3…) shows different fields depending on the Account Type you select. Each card works on its own, so one card can show more fields than another.

What you'll see by Account Type

Account Type Fields shown
Blank, or any other type (Checking, Savings, Mutual Fund, etc.) Standard fields
Stocks Options, Bonds Standard + security fields
Non-Marketable Securities Standard + security fields + Owners
Cash value of Insurance Standard + policy fields

Standard fields (always shown): Account Type, Name of Institution, Account Titled As, Account Number, Balance/Value, Description, Statement Date, Pledged (Held AS Collateral)

Security fields: No. of Shares/Face Value if Bond, Name of Security, Cost, Market Value Quote/Exchange, Date of Quote/Exchange

Policy fields: Type of Policy, Face Amount, Amount Borrowed, Beneficiaries

Security and policy fields never appear together.
