      Forgot Password

      You can reset your password via the forgot password. We have this feature for Backoffice,branches, Broken/Loan Officers and Borrower user type. 

       

      If you do receive a forgot password, you will see it the following image below. 

      *Please be advise it will be from either info@mailer.theloanpost.com or from noreply@YOURDOMAINNAME.COM. The 2nd, noreply@YOURDOMAINNAME.COM will be only if you have the add-on White Label enabled in your account. Which is be driven from the Settings->Company Info -> Platform Settings.
