Forgot Password / Reset Login

You can reset your password via the forgot password. We have this feature for Backoffice, Branches, Broken/Loan Officers and Borrower user type. 

 

If you do receive a forgot password, you will see it the following image below. 

*Please be advise it will be from either info@mailer.theloanpost.com or from noreply@YOURDOMAINNAME.COM.

The 2nd, noreply@YOURDOMAINNAME.COM will be only if you have the add-on White Label enabled in your account. Which is be driven from the Settings->Company Info -> Platform Settings. Under Company Info -> Owner Email

Manager (Admin Rights) User Role Only:

You have the ability to hard reset a users password by navigating to the user profile and locating the password reset icon as shown in the screenshots below:



Enter a password for temporary use for the User and click "Save"
