Overview:

Available on the Pro Plan and up, our new integration with Lightning Docs streamlines the process of generating loan documents. Lenders can now send loan and closing data directly from the CRM/LOS to Lightning Docs, eliminating duplicate data entry and significantly speeding up document generation.

How It Works:

1. Enable Geraci Legal Docs in Platform Settings

Get your Lightning Docs catalog name, then, In LendingWise go to Settings > Platform Settings > 3rd Party Integrations. Click the drop-down for the Legal Docs section, turn the toggle switch to the ON position, add your Geraci Lightning Docs Catalog Name, then click Save. This must be done by a Manager with admin access.

2. Enable Geraci Legal Docs in The User Profile.

Go to Users/Contacts > Back Office > Click on User's name to open their user profile. Click the drop-down for the Integrations section. Click the toggle switch for the Legal Docs to the ON position, then click Save. This should be done for all users that need to access the Geraci Lightning Docs feature.

3. Go into a loan file, and click on the 3rd Party Integrations tab.

Once you enabled the feature via the Integrations tab of platform settings & enable individual user permissions, the integration allows back office users to go into the loan file, and from the 3rd Party integrations tab, push key loan data from their loan file to Lightning Docs. This includes borrower details, loan terms, property info, and closing information.
