To cancel your LendingWise subscription, click your name in the top right, select **Modify Plan / Update Billing**, then click **Manage or Cancel Plan** and log in to the billing system with your main account email to complete the cancellation. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any of our services, require feature enhancements, issue resolution, or pricing adjustments, please contact our support team at helpdesk@lendingwise.com. If you wish to proceed with cancellation, please follow the steps below. 1. In the pop-up that appears, log in to the billing system using your main account email address. Once logged in, locate your active plan and click the **Cancel** option. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. Yes. To pause your plan, follow Steps 1–3 above to open the billing portal (click your name in the top right, select **Modify Plan / Update Billing**, then click **Manage or Cancel Plan**), then look for the **Pause** option associated with your active plan and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. You will not be charged while your plan is paused, and billing resumes automatically when the pause period ends.
