How to cancel my LendingWise account
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any of our services, need features or bugs resolved or have pricing issues please email us at helpdesk@lendingwise.com.
If you would just like to cancel you can do by following these steps.
Click on your name located toward the top right of your LendingWise screen.
This will open a window. Click on "Modify Plan / Update Billing".
One the next page that opens, click on the "Manage Account" button.
You will then see this pop-up below appear. Login to the billing system, using the main account email address. Once logged in to the billing system, you will be able to cancel.
