      How to Embed your Quick/Full App Webform Link in your Lendingwise Email Signature?

      You can embed your Quick or Full Application webform link in your email signature. You can hyperlink the Quick or Full App link to display text like "Apply Now" or "Complete Your Application" instead of the whole URL link.

      Here’s a visual guide to help you embed a webform link (like the Quick App or Full App) into an email using the Email Wizard Tool in LendingWise. The screenshot above illustrates the Email Wizard Tool interface, where you'll insert your link.

      Step-by-Step Instructions

      1. Locate Your Webform Link

      • Navigate to Settings → Users/Contacts → Branch List, then select the desired branch.

      • Click the "Web Form Integration" tab to access your Quick App and Full App links—available as direct URLs or embed code for iFrame.Software Advice+10help.lendingwise.com+10LendingWise+10

      • Copy the direct URL for the version you want (one-page, multi-step, etc.)—this is ideal for email use.help.lendingwise.com+1

      2. Open the Email Wizard Tool

      3. Insert the Webform Link

      Within the template editor:

      1. Place your cursor where you want the link in the email body.

      2. Click the insert hyperlink (link) icon.

      3. Enter link text like “Apply Now” or “Complete Your Application”.

      4. Paste the webform direct URL you copied earlier.

      5. Confirm to insert the link.

      4. Add Merge Tags (Optional)

      5. Save and Test

      • Click Save to store the template.

      • Conduct a test send—verify that the link appears correctly and directs users to the intended webform.
