How to submit a feature request
Suggest new features or improvements, vote on other ideas, and learn when custom development is an option.
Have an idea that would make LendingWise work better for you? Post it in Vote for Features, where other customers can vote on it and our Product team reviews it.
Where to submit a request
- In the left menu, click Help Center, then Vote for Features.
- Click Feature Request.
- Describe your idea in Create Post, then click Submit.
Other customers can see your post and vote on it. Our Product team reviews new posts and vote counts when planning the roadmap.
Tips for a good request
- Explain the problem you're trying to solve, not just the feature you want.
- Give a real example from your day-to-day work.
- Say who uses it: back office, loan officers, brokers or borrowers.
How we decide what to build
We look at how many customers it helps, how well it fits where the product is going, and how often it's requested or voted on. Submitting a request doesn't guarantee it will be built or when.
When a feature is critical to your business
Some customers need a feature sooner than our normal roadmap allows. If the feature is critical to your business and you're willing to pay custom development fees to move it up the list, contact support and tell us:
- what you need and why it's important
- when you need it
Our team will review the scope and, if it's doable, send you a quote. Custom development is only available this way. It's never automatic.
While you wait
Sometimes you can track the information another way, like repurposing an existing field or using a custom form field. Contact support and we'll help you find a workaround.
