LendingWise Tabs - Reports

The "Reports" tab (Non-Pipeline Reporting) in LendingWise is used to monitor back-office operations, communication logs, employee activity, billing/payables, and more.

Sub Tabs

1. ✅ Servicing

  • Displays post-funding loan servicing data, including:

    • Payment schedules

    • Servicing status

    • Notes & history

  • Useful for servicing teams tracking collections, delinquencies, or follow-ups.


2. 🔌 3rd Party Services

  • Logs interactions with external integrations, such as:

    • Credit checks

    • Appraisals

    • Background/identity verification

  • Helpful for troubleshooting or verifying if a service was triggered properly.


3. 💳 Billing / Payables

  • Tracks:

    • Invoices due to brokers, vendors, or affiliates

    • Payment schedules related to specific loan files

  • Commonly used by accounting teams to manage payouts and track fees.


4. ❌ Bounced Emails

  • Shows emails that failed to send due to:

    • Invalid or inactive addresses

    • Full inboxes or mail server issues

  • Enables staff to:

    • Update contact records

    • Retry or use alternate communication methods (e.g., phone/SMS)


5. 📬 Mail Queue – File Related

  • Displays queued or sent emails connected to individual loan files, such as:

    • Approval notices

    • Request for documents

    • Status updates

  • You can view:

    • Delivery status (sent, failed, queued)

    • Timestamp

    • Recipient email


6. 📣 Mail Queue – Marketing Related

  • Shows bulk/automated marketing communications like:

    • Campaign emails

    • Drip sequences

  • Helps marketing staff track:

    • Opens, clicks, and delivery issues

    • Campaign performance


7. 👥 Employee Reports

  • Tracks internal system activity by users, including:

    • Logins

    • Loan assignments

    • Task completions

  • Great for admin-level oversight and team accountability.


8. 🖨️ Faxed Files

  • Displays records of files sent/received via fax, if using an integrated fax service.

  • Useful for document-heavy workflows or legal transactions that require faxing.


9. 🚫 Unsubscribed

  • Lists contacts who have opted out of marketing communications.

  • Helps ensure compliance with email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

  • Filter by campaign, contact type, or date.
