Reports are now in three places in the menu on the left. ### Loan Origination \> Reports - **3rd Party Services**: a log of credit report agency orders. A red status line shows the error if an order failed. - **Employee Reports**: logins, assigned files, notes and tasks for each employee over a date range. Use the Excel icon to export. Assigned files ignore the date range. - **Billing / Payables**: billing, commissions and billable hours from each loan file's Billing & Com. tab. Open the magnifier to search, then use Summary, Detailed, Customized Report or Payment Report. - **Faxed Files**: your fax history. Set Select Date before you search. ### CRM \> E-mail Reports - **Mail Queue - File Related**: a calendar of emails sent from loan files, with Success, Failed and Unsent counts for each day. Click a day to see the list and preview each email. - **Mail Queue - Marketing Related**: marketing emails. - **Bounced Emails**: addresses that bounced. - **Unsubscribed**: people who opted out. It opens on today's date, so change the date filter to see more. These reports are view only: you can't resend, cancel or delete emails from them. ### Loan Servicing \> Servicing Reports 3.0 For loans onboarded to Servicing 3.0: Portfolio Snapshot, Delinquency / Aging, Maturity Schedule, Watch List, Payment Collection, Cash Receipts Journal, Late Fee / NSF, Awaiting Capital Allocation and Scheduled Reports. ### Lists of loan files To export a list of loan files, use the pipeline instead: Loan Origination \> Pipeline -
