Settings is where you set LendingWise up to match how you lend. Managers see it, and so do back office users with "Enable Manager Permissions?" turned on. ### What's in Settings In the menu on the left, Settings has: - **Platform Settings:** the company-wide setup pages (listed below). - **Automation:** Actions, Rules and Activity Log. - **Doc Wizard Tool:** build your own document templates. - **E-mail Wizard Tool:** create and manage email templates. ### Platform Settings pages Go to **Settings \> Platform Settings**. Each page also has a row of tabs across the top, so you can jump between pages. - **Company Info:** company details, file types, loan programs (Enable Loan Programs) and your custom domain. - **Company Settings:** company-wide switches for email, loan setup, webforms, the dashboard, notes, the borrower portal and Lender Partners. One Save at the bottom saves the whole page. - **Doc Library:** the built-in documents your company uses, plus Display Field IDs. - **Integration Hub:** credit agencies, legal docs, accounting and other integrations, API Keys, and Loan Intake (lead posting). - **Required Docs & Conditions:** the documents you collect on loan files and the rules for when each one shows. - **Doc Statuses:** the statuses a required document can have. - **Borrower Profile Required Docs:** documents stored on the borrower's profile. - **Workflow:** workflow steps for your team. - **File Status** and **File Sub-status:** your loan stages, who can edit at each stage, and Loan Status Hard Stop Rules. - **Borrower Management**, **Servicing Management** and **Draw Management:** settings for those modules. - **Web Forms / Logins:** login links for each user type. - **Custom Loan Guidelines:** guideline limits and Lender Marketplace listings. - **File Tab Display Order:** which loan file tabs each user type sees, and their order. - **Form Fields** and **Custom Form Fields:** which fields show where, and your own extra fields. ### Where older pages moved - Import Data is now **Loan Origination \> Create Loans \> Import Loans**. - API - Lead / Data Posting is now **Loan Intake**, in Settings \> Platform Settings \> Integration Hub. - 3rd Party Integrations is now the **Integration Hub**. - Users are set up under **CRM** (Back Office Users, Branch, Loan Officers, Brokers).
