Lenders can now send loan and closing data directly from the CRM/LOS to Lightning Docs, eliminating duplicate data entry and significantly speeding up document generation. ⸻ **Key Benefits:** - Fast and Easy Document Creation - Minimize Data Entry - Draft Attorney Grade Documents with Lightning Docs - Generate loan docs in just a few clicks—no need to re-enter loan details manually. - Reduce risk of data entry mistakes by sending data directly from your system. - Time Savings for Your Team, let your team focus on closing more deals instead of managing document logistics. ⸻ **How It Works: 1\. Enable Lightning Docs in Platform Settings** Get your Lightning Docs catalog name, then, In LendingWise go to Settings \> Platform Settings \> Integration Hub. Click the Legal Docs filter, switch on the Lightning Docs card, then click Configure to enter your details and save. This must be done by a Manager with admin access. Enable Lightning Docs in The User Profile.** Go to CRM \> Back Office Users \> Back Office User List and click the user's name to open their profile. Click the drop-down for the Integrations section. Click the toggle switch for the Legal Docs to the ON position, then click Save. Go into a loan file, and in the menu on the left, under UNDERWRITING, click 3rd Party Integrations, then open the Legal Docs sub-tab.** Once you've switched it on in the Integration Hub & enable individual user permissions, the integration allows back office users to go into the loan file, and from the 3rd Party integrations tab, push key loan data from their loan file to Lightning Docs. This includes borrower details, loan terms, property info, and closing information.
