Mandatory Fields not Working
Understanding how & when data can be entered even if mandatory.
The only way for partial information to save inside a file, is when you share the full loan app via a quick app or full app URL, and the user clicks on save and finish later. If you look in the note history, you will see a reference that indicates the user clicked saved and finish later, indicating they did not want to enter the data or they did not have the additional info on hand.
FYI- If you are concerned about missing data from a loan file, please note if someone works on a file simultaneously and one user submits info with empty values, it will overwrite the previous values with empty fields. We have an icon indicating which users are logged into a loan file in real-time. We will also provide a history table soon to show you all previous values for every field.
