Marketplace- Lender & Investor Matchmaker

The Marketplace is a lender and investor matching tool where lenders can compete for your deals and provide you with their best rates and terms.

The LendingWise Marketplace has 60+ curated lenders across 6 loan products, supporting bridge, fix & flip, construction & DSCR/rental, CRE, SBA, equipment, and other business funding loan types across the US. New lenders are added on an ongoing basis.

Note: If the Marketplace is part of your plan but you don't see the tab, check that it's enabled at the user profile level under Settings → User Profile → Special Reports/Features section.

How to Use

  1. Open a loan file and click the Market Place tab — it auto-populates from your quick or full app data.
  2. Select the loan category, ensure all required data points are entered, and click Search.
  3. Review the results.
  4. Click Submit Financing Request to email lenders directly.

TIP: Use the share file link + offer submission option if you want lenders to submit offers via the deal room — all offers appear in the Offers tab for easy comparison.

How to Add Your Own Lenders

Option 1 — Excel import: Download the lender template, complete it, and email to helpdesk@lendingwise.com to have them loaded.

Option 2 — Manual setup:

  • Create a loan program and go to Platform Settings → Loan Guidelines → edit that program's guidelines. Enable it as a Marketplace loan program.
  • Set a contact for the loan program — they receive the Submit Financing Request emails.
  • You can add multiple contacts to one program to email-blast several lenders at once.
