## Send Email to Lead Contact and Borrowers

## How do I mass email borrowers in LendingWise?

You can send a mass email to your entire borrower list — or to individual borrowers — directly from **CRM \> Borrowers \> Borrower List** using a saved email template. Mass email is also available from **Loan Origination \> Pipeline - Main**.

## How do I send a mass email from the Borrower List?

1. Navigate to **CRM \> Borrowers \> Borrower List**.
2. To email all borrowers at once, use the select-all control. To email specific borrowers individually, select only the desired borrower rows.
3. Click the **Mail** icon in the toolbar to open the mass email dialog.
4. Select the email template you want to send from the dropdown, then click **Send** to confirm.

A confirmation popup appears when the mass email has been sent successfully.

## What happens if my account generates spam reports?

**Important:** If LendingWise receives spam reports related to mass or bulk emails sent from your account, the mass/bulk email feature will be disabled for that account. Contact support to discuss alternative sending methods if this occurs.

 

## How do I send a mass email from the Pipeline?

Before using this feature, confirm the following prerequisites are in place:

- Your user profile has the **Allowed to mass email** permission enabled.
- **Email handling** in **Settings \> Platform Settings \> Company Settings** is configured to send from the user's or branch's name.
- Email templates are created and managed in **Settings \> E-mail Wizard Tool**.

To send a mass email from the Pipeline:

1. Navigate to **Loan Origination \> Pipeline - Main**.
2. In the last column of the grid, use the checkboxes to select records. Selecting **25** chooses all records on the current page; selecting **ALL** chooses every record matching your current search. (Verify these selection values match your current platform version.)
3. Click the **Mass Email Template** option that appears, select your template, and confirm.
