Maximum Size Upload

Please see below the current max. size limit for documents and email attachments

What are the file upload and attachment limits?

The maximum size for a single file upload is 80 MB (verify with your administrator for the most current limit). There is no limit on email attachments — the system automatically converts all attachments to URL links.

Why might my file upload fail?

When uploading required documents, verify that the file has the correct extension. The upload server recognizes only the last extension in a file name.

For example, uploading fileUpload.pdf will succeed, but uploading file.upload.pdf.pdf will fail because the server reads only the final .pdf extension. This behavior is consistent across all systems.
