      Maximum Size Upload

      Please see below the current max. size limit for documents and email attachments

      Maximum upload for a single file: 80mb

      Maximum Email attachments: No limit. The system converts all attachments to URL links. 

       

      *Please note*

      When you are uploading required documents on the conditions, verify the correct file is being imported regarding the extension.

       

      For example, if you upload the document "fileUpload.pdf," it will be successful. However, if you try to upload "file.upload.pdf.pdf," it will fail because the file upload server only recognizes the last extension. This method is standardized across all systems.
