      MERS Number Auto or manual Generation

      We now support MERS # Auto-Generation

       

       

      To enable this feature:

      1) You need to go to Settings -> Platform Settings -> Company Info. Under Company Info section -> Enter your MERS ID. 

      2) Go to each Back Office user profile--> Editing & Visibility permissions

      Set the desired permission for: 

      - Allowed to edit MERS # 

      - Set MERS # field to manual entry. 

      The MERS # field will be available as a: 

      - Pipeline Column

      - Excel Exportable field

      -Merge tag for Emails & Doc. Wizard Tool Generation

      -Webhook

      -Open API field 

       

      You can then generate the MERS # by hitting the refresh button 

       

      Note:

      If you still don't see this new form field, please make sure to enable it via the form field controller.
