Quick App vs. Full App: What’s the Difference and When to Use Each?

In LendingWise, you’ll encounter both a Quick App and a Full App when working with client applications. Understanding the difference between these two options helps you streamline your workflow and provide the best experience for your clients.

Quick App

  • Purpose: Fast, simple data entry for new leads or initial inquiries.
  • What it collects: Only the essential information needed to start an application or pre-qualify a client.
  • When to use:
    • When you want to get a prospect into the system quickly.
    • During events, calls, or situations where minimizing data entry is important.
    • For pre-qualification or initial screening before requesting more details.

Tip: Most will use the Standard Quick App on their websites.

Full App

  • Purpose: Comprehensive application for clients ready to proceed.
  • What it collects: All detailed information required for underwriting, compliance, and processing.
  • When to use:
    • When the client is ready to move forward with a full application.
    • When you need all supporting documents and detailed information.
    • When transitioning from pre-qualification to full underwriting.

Best Practice

  • Start with the Quick App for new leads or initial interest.
  • Move to the Full App once the client is qualified and ready to proceed.
