LendingWise has two applications: the Quick App and the Full App. Both are webforms your borrowers can fill in, and both are tabs on the loan file that show what was entered. ### Quick App - **Purpose:** fast, simple intake for new leads or first inquiries. - **What it collects:** only what you need to start an application or pre-qualify a client, so you can judge whether the borrower is eligible. - **When to use it:** - To get a prospect into the system quickly. - At events, on calls, or anywhere you want to keep data entry short. - For pre-qualification or first screening before you ask for more. **Tip:** most companies put the standard Quick App on their website. ### Full App - **Purpose:** the complete application for clients who are ready to go ahead. - **What it collects:** everything needed for underwriting, compliance and processing, and to fill in forms. - **When to use it:** - When the client is ready to move forward. - When you need all the supporting documents and details. - When you're moving from pre-qualification to full underwriting. ### Best practice - **Start with the Quick App** for new leads. - **Move to the Full App** once the client qualifies. Send them the Full App link; it fills in what they already gave you on the Quick App, so they don't type it twice. ### The Quick App and Full App tabs on a loan file The Quick App tab shows the same fields as the Quick App webform, and the Full App tab shows the same fields as the Full App webform. Anything the borrower entered on the webform shows on the matching tab in your back office. - Opening a file from Loan Origination \> Pipeline - Main lands on the Quick App tab. Opening a file from a Dashboard row lands on the Full App tab. - Admin Info at the top of both tabs lets you change the file's status, sub-status and assigned employees. - Choose which fields show on each tab in Settings \> Platform Settings \> Form Fields: the QUICK APP and FULL APP boxes under DISPLAY. The multi-step Full App can, if "Include Save & Finish Later Button on webforms?" is on in Settings \> Platform Settings \> Company Settings. Questions?
