Deleted documents aren't gone for good. This article covers who can delete documents, how to delete and restore them, and how to see a document's notes. ### Who can delete documents It depends on the user's permission **"Allowed to delete/replace uploaded docs/e-signed docs/binder docs?"** on their profile: - **On:** they can delete or replace documents uploaded by anyone. - **Off:** they can only delete their own uploads. ![](https://help.lendingwise.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/1633612412232-QjQ.png) ![](https://help.lendingwise.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/1633612678834-V_o.png) ### Delete a document 1. Go to Loan Origination \> Pipeline - Main and click the loan file (it opens in a new tab). 2. In the menu on the left, under WORK, click **Docs**. 3. Scroll to "Uploaded Files, Documents". 4. On the Docs page, click the **View Deleted Docs** icon next to Upload Docs Or Files. There are also icons for **View Deleted Binder Docs** and **View Deleted eSign Docs**. 2. The page refreshes and shows the deleted files. 3.
