Schedule of Real Estate Owned and Sold

You can collect Borrowers "Schedule of Real Estate Owned and Sold (SREO)" using the Quick and Full App webforms. This data can be collected to populate on the application and even a separate form as an "Auto-Generated Doc" from our Doc Library. 

Navigate to: Settings > Platform Settings > Form Fields > Scroll down to the "Schedule of Real Estate Owned and Sold" section > Enable the form fields desired for the Quick App, Full App and Back Office fields. 


You can generate the following Auto-Generated Documents related to SREO:

  • Schedule of Real Estate Owned

  • Schedule of Real Estate Owned & Sold

  • Schedule of Real Estate Sold
Open the Loan File > "Docs" tab > Scroll down to "Auto-Generated Documents" > Under Commercial/Residential Real Estate click on the green "Borrower" folder 

You can click on any of the SREO related documents outlined below to preview them.

Check the boxes next to the document(s) you'd like to include in an email.
