      Servicing 2.0!

      Please take a look at our new Servicing 2.0!

      We are in the early beta version of our servicing module. In this video, we will review a test loan application as a fix and flip with rehab.

      Make sure to have the following form fields filled out completely for this tab to be shown:


      Accrual Type
      Servicing tab: "Late payment charges will be applied", "The late fee amount is", "of the payment or min of", "Default Interest Rate", "Triggered by" 
      Funding Date
      Maturity Date
      Accrual Type
      First Payment Due Date
      Loan Term
      Interest Rate
      Amortization
      Payment Based
