Check out this [org chart](https://www.mindomo.com/mindmap/lw-org-chart-sales-176951bacacc4057a5335c90d5cf2911) to see the user hierarchy.   **Back Office users:** Represent your team members with roles like processor, underwriter, closer, attorney, etc. Back office users typically see all loan files from all your sales channels like branches, loan officers & brokers. However, you may set each [user's permission](https://help.lendingwise.com/knowledge/user-permissions?hsLang=en) in their profile to restrict which files they see, when they can edit & what they can edit. A back officer can create a branch, back office, loan officer, broker and borrower users. To create back office users: - Go to **Users/Contacts,** then choose **Back Office.** - Select **Create Back Officer** to create a log in to your user. Manager role in Back Office = has full system admin privileges   **Branches** can be used in various ways. They can represent divisions in your organization, account executives, or even correspondent lending relationships. A Branch level user will only see the loan files under their branch and from their broker or loan officer network. To create a branch: - Go to **Users/Contacts,** then choose **Branch.** - Select **Create Branch**. Every organization will need at least 1 main branch where all their loan files are assigned.   **Loan Officers** have their own login portal and will only see their loan files accordingly. Set their permissions carefully to control what they can edit and when they can edit. They can also be under multiple branches in your organization if needed. A Loan Officer can create a broker and borrower account. To create a Loan Officer: - Go to **Users/Contacts,** then choose **Loan Officer.** - Select **Create Loan Officer**. A loan officer will get their own quick & full app webforms. They can also create a borrower account. Set their permissions carefully to control what they can edit and when they can edit. They can also be under multiple branches in your organization if needed. Brokers will get their own quick & full app webforms ( Users/Contacts \> Loan Officers -\> Web From Integration)   Log in to [https://app.lendingwise.com/login.php](https://app.lendingwise.com/login.php) and choose your user role to be routed to the login page.
