Who gets lead notifications for quick app and full app?

In LendingWise, setting up lead notifications for both Quick App and Full App submissions can be done in several ways, depending on how you want to notify your team (via email, within the platform, or both).

1. Email Notifications via Automation (Pro plans an up)

You can use the Automation Engine to trigger email alerts when a lead submits either a Quick App or Full App.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Automation > Actions

  2. Select Emails and select Create Notifications. Create your email notification then save.

  3. Create Rule.

    • Trigger Event: Use Loan File is Create, or use Primary File Status trigger and set it to the default setting you have for either your Quick App or Full App based on your branch Webform Integration tab settings.

    • Add Action: Connect the email you created to this rule.

    • Save and test. Complete an application to test that your automation is working.

2. Notification Settings in Company Profile

You can set default notification preferences for the company or specific users.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Company Profile > Notifications.

  2. Add email addresses that should receive lead or app submission notifications.

  3. Choose the type of notifications (Quick App, Full App, loan status updates, etc.).

3. User Profile Settings

Each user or loan officer can be assigned notification settings individually.

Steps:

  1. Go to User/Contacts > Select User Role type (Back Office, Branch, Loan Officer etc.)

  2. Click on the user.

  3. Scroll down to the Documents and Notifications section.

  4. Enable email alerts for new leads, Quick App submissions, or Full App submissions.
Toggle on the "Notify if new file is create?" permission setting.

4. Webform Settings (Quick App / Full App Builder)

Configure notification emails directly within the form builder for Quick App or Full App.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Forms > Quick App or Full App.

  2. Edit the form.

  3. Under Notifications, add the email addresses to be notified on form submission.

5. Assigning Deals to Specific Users Automatically

To ensure the right user is notified, auto-assign deals based on source, loan type, or submission method.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Automation & Workflows > Assignment Rules.

  2. Create rules to auto-assign deals.

  3. Assigned users will receive internal LendingWise notifications and emails based on their profile settings.
