LendingWise & Xactus Credit Integration

Set up the Xactus integration to order credit reports directly through LendingWise. This guide walks you through the connection process step-by-step.

The Xactus credit integration allows you to order credit reports directly through your system, streamlining your workflow and eliminating the need to switch between platforms.

The Xactus credit integration allows you to order credit reports directly within LendingWise, helping streamline your lending process and reduce manual work.

Note: LendingWise integrates with Xactus as a service provider. You must have an active Xactus account. If you are not yet a client, please contact Xactus directly to sign up for their services.

Step-by-Step Instructions to Enable Xactus Integration

  1. Navigate to Platform Settings
    Go to SettingsPlatform Settings3rd Party Integrations.

  2. Enable Credit Reporting Agencies
    Click on the Credit Reporting Agencies toggle switch in the bar.

  3. Search for Xactus
    In the list of providers, search for and select Xactus.

  4. Select Your Services
    Choose the specific services you’re currently set up for with Xactus.

  5. Enter Your Xactus Credentials
    Provide your Xactus Account ID, Password, and any additional required credentials.

  6. Save Your Integration
    Once your credentials are entered, click Save to complete the integration.

Available Services via Integration:

  1. Full Credit Report – Borrower
    Pull a complete credit report for the primary borrower.

  2. Full Credit Report – Co-Borrower
    Pull a complete credit report for the co-borrower.

  3. Full Credit Report – Joint
    Access a combined credit report for both borrower and co-borrower.

  4. Soft Pull – Borrower
    Request a soft credit inquiry for the primary borrower (does not affect credit score).

  5. Soft Pull – Co-Borrower
    Request a soft credit inquiry for the co-borrower.

  6. Soft Pull – Joint
    Perform a joint soft credit inquiry for both parties.

  7. Flood Determination – Borrower
    Retrieve flood zone status and compliance data for the primary borrower’s property.

  8. Flood Determination – Co-Borrower
    Retrieve flood zone information for the co-borrower’s property.
