How to Enable the Marketplace Tab

The marketplace may need to be enabled at the back officer user level, here are the steps to enable it in your branch.

The Marketplace tab must be enabled at two levels before users can access it: the branch level and the back office user level. Complete both steps if the Marketplace tab is not appearing inside a loan file.

Enabling at the Branch Level

The Marketplace can be enabled in your branch profile settings. Follow the walkthrough below:

 

 

Enabling at the Back Office User Level

If the Marketplace is part of your plan and you still do not see the Marketplace tab inside a loan file, you may also need to enable it at the user profile level. Go into the back office user profile and enable it under the Special Reports or Features section.
