The Marketplace tab must be enabled at two levels before users can access it: the **branch level** and the **back office user level**. Complete both steps if the Marketplace tab is not appearing inside a loan file. #### Enabling at the Branch Level The Marketplace can be enabled in your branch profile settings. Follow the walkthrough below:     #### Enabling at the Back Office User Level If the Marketplace is part of your plan and you still do not see the Marketplace tab inside a loan file, you may also need to enable it at the user profile level. Go into the back office user profile and enable it under the **Special Reports or Features** section.
