How Do I Enable the Marketplace for a Back Office User?

The marketplace may need to be enabled at the back officer user level, here are the steps to enable it in your branch.

If the Marketplace is part of your plan, and you still do not see the Marketplace tab inside of a loan file, you may need to enable it at the user profile level.

You will need to go into the back officer user profile setting to enable this in the Special Reports or Features section.
